Registering for C.MI. is an easy, two-step process:

Please be concise when entering your information on this application form. If you feel it necessary, you will have the chance to expand on background and goals by submitting more detailed biographical information to the Course Director after you have completed your registration.

The entire online registration process consists of 2 STEPS as follows:

STEP 1: Complete and submit the Online Application Form.

STEP 2: Online payment of your Course Tuition - US$495
(Secure Online Payment Options include VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, PayPal)

You tuition includes: online campus access, the online course component, testing and certification. Students purchase their own required course texbooks (either online or at their local bookstore) - Approximate cost for required books is currently US$11 each, plus shipping costs (if applicable). All details will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your application form and tuition payment.

After you submit your Online Application Form and Tuition Fee: Once you have completed the Online Application Form and Tuition Fee, the C.MI. Administration Office will process your new student account and begin the set-up process for your access to the C.MI. Online Campus System. Additional details will be sent to you by e-mail immediately upon receipt of your course application form. Most new students will be able to officially begin the C.MI. course within 24-36 hours of enrollment.

Q) Why should I submit my enrollment online?

A) Our online enrollment system offers convenience, speed and security. By submitting your enrollment forms and payments online, you will save time, paper and mailing costs too.

Q) Is it safe to send my enrollment and payment over the Internet?

A) For safety reasons, our online enrollment system is divided into two parts - this initial enrollment form, the resume information page and the payment page. Each section is sent directly to the admissions office separately and in a way that greatly limits any security risk.The information on this page is sent as an e-mail file to a secure mail account within our offices - tuition fee payments are processed via a secure, encrypted server connection.

Q) I don't have a credit card, can I pay online by personal check?

A) In some cases, yes - as an electronic check. If that option is available to you from your location, it will be listed on the payment page during checkout. Also, those with a free PayPal account will be able to make payments directly from their checking account provided they have already verified their bank information with PayPal.

Q) What if I lose my Internet connection during the enrollment process?

A) Once you have submitted the form on this page, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include instructions and links to Step 2, so you can go back and complete your enrollment once your Internet connection returns. The C.MI. Admissions Office will also receive immediate notification once you have submitted the information from Step 1. We can then contact you to see if you need any assistance in completing your online enrollment.

Do not complete the Online Application Form unless you intend to follow through with your registration. Please Note: In accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign) , your type written signature constitutes a legal and binding application agreement.

To help maintain security and to better filter incoming course applications, our online application system automatically records basic identifying data of each incoming application as follows:

IP Address (An identifier for a computer or device on a network)

Host Address (Web host that handled the incoming message)

The above changes in security have been implemented to help reduce the number of fraudulent applications received, and to provide better and more efficient service to our course applicants.
