Message for Registered C.LAC.™ Students

First, I'd like to thank you for registering - and welcome you to the C.LAC.™ Program. I am very much looking forward to meeting you online during the course. Once you have submitted your online registration form and your course deposit, you are considered to be officially enrolled in the C.LAC.™ program. Upon submission of your online application form, you will be automatically sent a confirmation message by e-mail. The purpose of this automated message is so that the system can confirm that your e-mail address was entered correctly - and that our mail is getting through to you. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail within an hour of submitting your application, please check your "spam" or "junk" mail box in case it was filtered there by your e-mail system. Yahoo and AOL e-mail (and other free web mail services) will often automatically filter "good" mail into the spam box - or prevent you from receiving it entirely. If you are experiencing trouble receiving e-mail from us, please send an e-mail - and / or contact us using the Live Support Chat system on the main C.LAC.™ page - and provide us with an alternative e-mail address. We recommend the Gmail service as a reliable and full-featured free e-mail service. Visit: http://www.gmail.com - for more details. Sometimes, adding some of the course and college e-mail addresses to your e-mail "safe-list" will help solve delivery issues. We recommend adding the following addresses to your safe-list:
Course Communication You will receive several e-mail notifications prior to the start of the course. The first will be sent 7-10 days prior to the start of the course and will include some additional details on the course and a request for an introductory note from you. The second message will be sent about 5-7 days prior to the start of the course and will include your tuition balance details. The third message will be sent on the Friday just prior to the start of the course, and will include the "pre-course and campus orientation" message. Tuition Balance The tuition balance is normally not due until the Thursday just prior to the start of the course. Details will be sent to you by e-mail about 5-7 days before the course begins. Bring-a-Friend Bonus NEW (as of May 20, 2010): If you recommend the course to a friend - and that friend registers and attends the course with you (must be the same course), we will give each of you a $50.00 Amazon Gift Certificate when you have both successfully completed the course. To be eligible for this bonus, you and/or your friend must let us know within three days of your friend's registration. If you intend to refer two or more friends to the course, please contact us in advance for additional details.
